Pay: $65 - $110 per hour (based on experience)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Conduct feeding evaluations and implement feeding therapy plans for students with oral‑motor and sensory‑based feeding challenges.
• Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Demonstrate a willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellows accepted).
• Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• SOS trained preferred, not required.
