Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Powerback Rehabilitation -  - Responsibilities:
Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences, and required meetings as a representative of occupational therapy under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.;
Establish treatment schedule and provide frequency of services as determined by the IFSP plan.;
Communicate and document changes to the IEP or IFSP as needed under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.;
Work with the treatment team to develop programs and activities aligned with each patient’s needs and coordinate care meetings to ensure holistic patient care.;
Monitor the child’s response to intervention and modify treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with the IEP or IFSP plan.;
Act as an assistant to the Occupational Therapist when tests, evaluations, and complex procedures are performed.
