We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our team at Merrick Inn in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience hosting in a fine dining establishment and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
- Assist servers and other staff as needed
- Previous experience as a host in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
