As a Customer Service Associate you will work to consistently satisfy customer needs and coordinate customer service with the shipping and operations departments, develop a close working relationship with customers and all coordinating departments which include a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the sales‑customer service team and Russ Davis Wholesale's Mission.

Full Time

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 am
• Alternating Saturdays (half day, 7:00 am – noon)

Wage: $18.00/hr

• Some experience in sales and/or customer service related position preferred, in the produce industry a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing attitude with a passion for top‑notch customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Must have good organizational skills, prioritization, problem solving, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Self‑starter.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of category management practices helpful.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Ability to successfully pass pre‑hire background and drug screen (we do not test for THC).
