Requirements:

• State License (WI) or IMLC
• Board Certified
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Other Details:

Physician's main Hospital to provide coverage would be at Aspirus Merrill Hospital. However, we would like the provider to potentially provide coverage at other Aspirus Hospitals within 1 hour of Merrill. We would credential the provider at multiple sites. Some of these hospitals are trauma certified, so ATLS would be required for those hospitals. Schedule would be a stretch of 5-7 shifts.

Could be day or night shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), and could be at multiple sites during the stretch.

Act 10 acceptable.
