Pharmacist – Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Available

Location: Merrill, WI;
Salary Range: $64.60 – $71.05 per hour;
Sign-On Bonus Available.

Walgreens invites experienced pharmacists to join our team as a full‑time clinician providing medication expertise and patient‑focused care across our extensive retail network.

• Provide compassionate, expert‑level pharmacy consulting services to patients
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost‑effective options
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D from an accredited institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states covered by the district
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities with strong knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

• At least one year of pharmacist experience in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, technology systems, and insurance handling
