Resident Assistant / Caregiver – Flexible Scheduling | Local Facilities

At Interim Health Care Staffing, we help Resident Assistants and caregivers find flexible opportunities inside local assisted living facilities, memory care units, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and rehab centers. You choose when and where you want to work, and we make it happen.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake
- Perform light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety
- Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition
- Work as part of a care team that may include RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other aides
- Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) and TB
- Required compliance training to work in long-term care and assisted living (can be provided by Interim)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients safely
- Good communication skills and a dependable, compassionate nature
