Commercial Lines Coordinator

Position Overview

Join our Commercial Lines Team at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC. This full‑time, on‑site position Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm supports day‑to‑day client servicing by ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and communication across all aspects of policy management.

• Organize and label mail in Image Right
• Review new/renewal policies
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and audits
• Generate proof of insurance
• Respond promptly to service requests
• Maintain detailed records in agency systems
• Follow SOPs and best practices consistently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, agency systems, and carrier platforms
• Adaptable to fast‑paced, dynamic environments
• Self‑motivated with strong time management skills
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hire.
