Sanitation Responsibilities- Maintain proper sanitation of slicing and packaging equipment
- Ensure everything in contact with food product is sanitized properly
- Take apart equipment
- Scrub using cloth, brush, and pressure washer on all production equipment and utensils used in packaging and slicing process
- Sanitize using cloth, brush, and pressure wash walls, flooring and doors in all departments
- Clean, sweep, and mop floors in office, lockers, and lunch area
- Remove garbage from office, lockers, bathrooms, and lunch area
- Determine chemicals used to clean depending on the area to be cleaned
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for up to 9 hours
- Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls for up to 9 hours
- Ability to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees)
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
