Director of Nursing (DON) – Full Time

Salary: Up to $125,000 + Unlimited PTO

• Overall clinical management of the center, quality of care and customer service provided by the clinical services department.
• Resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, and effective clinical plan implementation.
• Act as the center’s clinical representative in the center and the community.
• Follow all center policies and procedures.
• Complete daily rounds of entire center premises to ensure compliance.

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
• Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long‑term care setting.
