Southlake Nissan Cashier
We are looking for a dependable and professional daytime Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our Southlake Nissan team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations and creating a positive experience for our service and sales customers.
Position OverviewAs a Cashier, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our customers. You will handle payments, assist with service-related transactions, and provide friendly, courteous support throughout the customer’s visit. Professionalism, accuracy, and a welcoming attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process cash, credit, and check payments
- Maintain responsibility for a cash drawer and follow dealership procedures
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Support loaner vehicle processes and new car keys, including basic documentation and coordination
- Complete daily paperwork, filing, and document processing
- Maintain a clean, organized front counter and work area
- Work closely with service advisors, management, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions and paperwork
- Able to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Hours:
Mon-Thurs 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & Fridays 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. No weekends.
- Previous dealership, cashier, or customer service experience
- Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
