Join Marathon Health as a Family Physician in Chesterton and Merrillville, in a part-time schedule of 28 hrs per week with full benefits and a $20 000 sign‑on bonus.

You will provide patient‑centered primary care to employees at our health centers, delivering high‑quality, proactive care for adults and children. Working under the Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model, you will enjoy a small panel, no feature‑driven productivity expectations, and ample time to spend with each patient.

• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required at the start date

$140,000 – $192,500 per year for a 28‑hour schedule, with eligibility for a $20,000 sign‑on bonus and an annual incentive. The actual offer may vary based on location and experience.
