An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters subleasing optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between you and the subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice based on your professional discretion and agreement with the subleasing doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment, including the latest digital eye examination technology called Clarifye
• Access to the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech and pre-testing support in most offices
• Automated online appointment booking and patient recall systems

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws.
