We are looking for an energetic, motivated Service Appraisal Associate to join our fast-paced dealership team and help us continue delivering exceptional service. With over 1,300 cars coming through our service drive every month

• A self-starter with strong customer service, motivation and drive
• Someone who is friendly, approachable, and has a great personality
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable learning and using basic technology and software tools
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (but not required)
• No experience necessary — we will train the right person

• Greet customers in the service drive
• Assess and record vehicle condition
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and staff
• Support to service advisors and technicians as needed
• Learn appraisal processes and dealership systems
• Deliver excellent customer service every step of the way
