The Loan Officer Assistant will be organized with a strong attention to detail. This individual is expected to exercise significant initiative in the performance of all assigned duties.

• Assist Loan Officer in general administrative and clerical duties
• Obtain loan documentation once loan application is received and ensure all documentation is completed accurately for Loan Officer to proceed to the next phase of processing
• Schedule appointments, meetings, lunches, and etc. for the Loan Officer and clients
• Assist with branch marketing efforts to generate leads
• Complete other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time
• Ability to work independently on multiple files simultaneously
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills

• Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry

The environment is characteristic of an office setting. Must be able to execute complex tasks on time, handle sensitive transactions, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
