As a mental health therapist with Clarvida, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth, ages newborn to 18, who are navigating the child welfare system. You’ll provide personalized therapy in the heart of their homes, working directly with families across diverse communities and settings. This role will take you on the road, offering you the chance to connect with families in their own environments, where your support can truly make a difference.

Your work will be a mix of compassion, flexibility, and expertise—helping children and families heal, grow, and build brighter futures together.

Perks Of This Role

• LCSW/LMHC: $52,400–$62,400
• LSW/LMHCA/Licensed Eligible: $48,400–$58,400
• Salary increases based on weekly client hours (shown is 20-25 client hours)
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Flexible schedule
• Supportive and meaningful supervision
• Company car with personal use options for full-time staff, depending on caseload

Does the following apply to you?

• Licensed or able to become licensed as an LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and active vehicle insurance
