- All RBTs (and BCBAs) receive a 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break each day.
- We implement a modified PFA/SBT model, focused on shaping functional communication and tolerance responses.
- All clients have a dedicated RBT-level supervisor, and back-up supervisor, to provide support to BCBAs, RBTs, and clients. RBT-level supervisors are only scheduled direct for fill-ins. Their day is mostly unscheduled to provide maximum support to the clinic.
- We schedule regular client team meetings to ensure the entire RBT team is trained on program updates.
