Shift
Schedule:
3 p – 11 p / 11 p – 7 p
Pay: $32.00‑$36.00
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by the resident’s care plan
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care delivery
- Document and report resident changes and progress
- Support residents’ emotional and physical well‑being
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing facility experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
