Schedule:

3 p – 11 p / 11 p – 7 p

Pay: $32.00‑$36.00

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

• Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by the resident’s care plan
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care delivery
• Document and report resident changes and progress
• Support residents’ emotional and physical well‑being

• Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing facility experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
