The Opportunity

Tradebe is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking VP of People & Culture to lead the U.S. People strategy for 850+ employees nationwide. What You’ll Do
  • Drive the U.S. People strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Lead organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee learning, leadership, and workforce development programs.
  • Use data and analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
  • Foster a strong connection between Tradebe and the communities we serve.
What We’re Looking For
  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership, including executive-level experience.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation or HR modernization.
  • Strong background in learning and development and talent management.

    Passion for culture, inclusion, and employee growth.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental sectors preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s or MBA preferred.

This position reports directly to Tradebe’s Global Chief People & Communication Officer and has a dotted-line relationship to the U.S. CEO and sits on the US Executive Committee.
