- Lead and inspire a People & Culture team of 15+ professionals across the U.S.
- Shape and execute a national learning and development strategy.
- Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement across 40+ sites.
- Champion digital innovation and people analytics within the HR function.
- Strengthen Tradebe’s connection with the communities we serve.
- Partner directly with the U.S. Executive Team and Global HR to align people strategy with business growth.

Tradebe is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking VP of People & Culture to lead the U.S. People strategy for 850+ employees nationwide. What You’ll Do- Drive the U.S. People strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Lead organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Oversee learning, leadership, and workforce development programs.
- Use data and analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters.
- Foster a strong connection between Tradebe and the communities we serve.
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership, including executive-level experience.
- Proven track record in digital transformation or HR modernization.
- Strong background in learning and development and talent management.
Passion for culture, inclusion, and employee growth. - Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental sectors preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or MBA preferred.
This position reports directly to Tradebe’s Global Chief People & Communication Officer and has a dotted-line relationship to the U.S. CEO and sits on the US Executive Committee.
