Implementation Specialist – Merrillville, IN

Seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to support an energy efficiency program office. As an Implementation Specialist, this individual will be responsible for application quality, program adherence, and answering customer service calls, emails, or faxes. The Implementation Specialist will also enter data into various tracking databases, paying close attention to detail and looking for inconsistencies and adverse trends that could negatively impact the clients’ programs.
This role will perform a technical review of all applications submitted, reviewing applications to AHRI standards, deemed savings values (kWh and therms), percentage efficient, and approving the final incentive amount. The Implementation Specialist will assist with development, tracking, and quality assurance of promotional agreements and data; and provide general clerical tasks in support of residential energy efficiency programs as assigned by management.

- Supporting reporting and visual management requirements
- Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to develop and improve processes
- Miscellaneous special projects as assigned

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- PC, keyboarding, and typing/data entry proficiency
- Must create/maintain relationships and work effectively at all levels of the organization

- Bilingual candidate fluent in Spanish a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience in energy efficiency preferred, but not required
- SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (e.g., business, engineering), and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
