Interim Senior Counsel; Securities

JURISolutions is seeking a Securities/Corporate Governance Attorney for our corporate client. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and is temporary with a possibility for permanent hire.

• Provide legal advice on complex matters related to the New York Stock Exchange, Securities and Exchange Commission, and various state corporate laws.
• Prepare and review SEC filings – 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements.
• Handle both '33 and '34 Act reporting.
• Manage executive compensation matters and short and long‑term incentive plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and support boards of directors.
• Assist with corporate transaction and treasury and financial transaction matters.
• Benefits support is a plus.
• Exercise budgetary responsibility.

Location:

Hybrid for candidates in Merrillville, IN or Columbus, OH.
