Step into our brand-new, 400,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Merrillville, IN, equipped with state-of-the-art technology designed to optimize efficiency and reduce environmental impact. As one of our global shipping hubs, this location plays a critical role in serving customers around the world.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee the warehouse’s daily operations, including inventory, shipping, and receiving. You’ll ensure efficient and accurate work by leading a team of Warehouse Techs, assigning tasks, and tracking performance.
** What You Will Do
*** Lead, motivate, and support team to meet daily goals.
* Organize and manage schedules, assigning tasks to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
* Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
* Collaborate across departments and business units.
** What You Will Bring**
* ** Education**:
High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* ** Experience**: 3+ years’ experience in warehousing and experience leading teams.
* ** Skills**:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., Oracle, spreadsheets), and the ability to present information effectively.

** Compensation**:
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000- $80,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
