Prime Conveyor Inc. is an industry leading manufacturer of conveyor systems and equipment located in Merrillville, IN. We are seeking motivated Equipment Assemblers looking to start or further their experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have:

• their own hand tools
• steel toe boots
• ability to lift 40 lbs
• ability to read a tape measure

• Operating production machinery, hand tools etc.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Complete paperwork including weekly timesheets and material order sheets.
• Work from prints to manufacture parts.

• Experience working manufacturing environment is preferred, however we will train motivated candidates.

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings in the English Language.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Have a GSD (get stuff done) attitude

6:00am - 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm Friday based on workload.

Flexibility is essential. Availability to work overtime and/or move between shifts for training and/or coverage purposes to support production as needed.
