Pay: 75/hr.

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a workplace‑based primary care clinic.

• Perform physical examinations and implement preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and in accordance with physician instructions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients’ clinical conditions and healthcare needs.
• Record physical findings, formulate treatment plans, and provide written instructions to patients.
• Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Prescribe or recommend medications and treatments (e.g., physical therapy, respiratory therapy).
• Refer patients to physicians or specialized health resources when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records (may include EMR systems such as Epic).

• Active NP license in Indiana
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) certification
• Current BLS, ACLS may be required depending on the scope of services.
• DEA is preferred
• Previous experience in a primary care, urgent care, occupational health, emergency department or a similar setting is preferred.
