Our most important goal is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents in an environment that is safe and secure. You will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality‑of‑life for our residents, so duties such as recording vitals, providing ambulatory assistance, and seeing to hygiene needs will be key in the individualized care.

• Leads a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
• Visits residents on your assigned unit on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Assists in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand and readily available to meet the needs of the residents.
• Monitors nursing assistants to ensure that established procedures are followed for the use and disposal of personal protective equipment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families.
• Ability to think critically under pressure.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid RN license in IN.
• Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
• Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care.

• 8 or 12 hour shifts
• FT/PT availability
• Rotating Holiday Schedule
• Weekend availability
