Leadership and/or Supervisory Experience Required.
Dialysis experience preferred but not required.
Active Indiana RN licensure required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
- Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
- Build long‑term relationships with patients and families.
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
- Charge RN readiness approval required.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
- CNN/CDN certification a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match.
