?What You’ll Do as a Cook:
Prepare meals in accordance with resident dietary needs and physician orders.
Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation protocols.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility dietary policies.
Work collaboratively with a team-focused approach.
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate
.Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Reliable and punctual with high standards of ethics and professionalism.
