- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler's Certification.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
