As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the local face of American Mattress—helping customers find the right sleep solutions while enjoying the benefits of working independently in a supportive, family‑like environment. • Welcome customers and guide them through the mattress selection process.
• Provide one‑on‑one assistance to understand their needs and recommend the right product.
