Assistant Store Manager PT.
- Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
- Document associate’s sales performance and provide feedback.
- Adhere to visual guidelines including merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with company Dress Code Policy.
- Protect Company assets, assist in store scheduling, manage inventory, perform documentation and record keeping, open and close the store following procedures.
- Support LIDS policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in training, recruit and train store personnel, encourage compliance with policies and safeguard inventory, funds and property, perform work of subordinates as needed, communicate with employees at all levels, and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
- Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder and work overhead.
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of the work time.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
