At Rally House every day feels like a tailgate. As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers like guests at a party, helping them find their favorite team gear, and converting casual shoppers into lifelong fans. You will also support daily operations, opening and closing tasks, and other duties to keep the store game‑day ready.

• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and fellow associates.
• Maintain merchandising presentation to uphold company standards.
• Generate sales, add‑on sales, and develop relationships with guests.
• Prioritize customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Handle cash accurately and perform ringing tasks.

• Work under moderate supervision.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Detail oriented with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic digital device and online application proficiency.

• Must be able to stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and differentiate colors.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs.

Hourly: $13.00 – $15.00
