Tru Green seeks a Field Sales Representative to be the welcoming face out in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions.

• Engage new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and energy.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs.
• Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM.
• Cross-sell and upsell lawn care services.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience a plus; passion and hustle valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time management and self-starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• You must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week.
