Your Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist physical therapists in providing quality, evidence‑based, individualized physical therapy programs. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic, with a variety of sports medicine, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and other conditions. The role requires direct patient care, patient education, and collaboration with other professionals.

What you’ll do
  • Assist physical therapists in providing direct patient care, according to the therapist’s treatment plan.
  • Assist patients, as necessary, with walking, transferring, and dressing.
  • Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care.
  • Create fitness and wellness‑oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs; promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care services via EMR.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, quality improvement programs, safety, environmental, and infection control standards as required.
About You
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence‑based patient care.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages.
  • Drive to continually learn and grow.
