The Database Administration team supports the Brokerage

Db2 database platform on z/OS. The team handles end to end application DBA support including physical database design, deployment, data replication, on-call support 8-8pm 1x per 2 months.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

• Providing Application Database and Replication support for a large DB2 z/OS sysplex environment
• Maintenance of Databases – Utilities management
• Providing 24x7 on‑call support
• Review of Sql/Programs against standards and Performance tuning

• Extensive experience in DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large complex Database Environment
• Experience supporting IBM IIDR data replication tools: Q Replication and/or CDC Replication
• Extensive Experience in SQL, REXX, JCL, COBOL
• Working knowledge of CA Database Tools
• Working Knowledge of Performance tuning, Database Security and Access management
• Exposure to distributed database technologies and cloud
• Brokerage Back‑office knowledge

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience
