Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Tableau

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of experience in data/systems analysis (data mining, profiling, gap analysis)
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server) and dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, Snowflake, and MS SQL Server
- Experience with cloud data warehouses
- Ability to map data lineage, rebuild dashboards, and work with dimensional data models
- Exposure to data modeling and data validation concepts
Nice to Have
- Basic Python, Alteryx
- Familiarity with Power BI, OBIEE
- Knowledge of PII, data governance, and cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra)
- Agile experience using Jira
- Financial services or non-profit domain exposure
- Mid-Senior level
