The Jr. Salesforce Administrator Analyst provides day-to-day support for Salesforce users and contributes to the configuration and enhancement of CRM capabilities using declarative tools (“clicks, not code”).
This role focuses on user support, system configuration, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform to enable an effective and intuitive user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily technical support to end users by responding to Salesforce-related inquiries and resolving issues.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Analyze user needs and business processes to recommend system improvements and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce solutions by capturing logs, analyzing errors, and identifying configuration or data issues.
- Monitor trends in user issues and system performance and propose process or system improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution documentation, including knowledge articles and step-by-step user guides.
- Communicate effectively with users, actively listening to concerns and delivering clear, timely resolutions.
- Manage workload in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks based on business impact and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective Salesforce usage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with end users.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions, including lookups and data analysis features.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Salesforce App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience identifying system trends and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
