Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Principal Calypso Analyst to join their team. As a Principal Calypso Analyst, you will be part of the Middle Office Operations supporting trade processing, trade settlements, collateral management, and related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $65/hr.
What's the Job?- Lead the configuration and support of Calypso applications within the derivatives and collateral management domain.
- Define clear and concise requirements for financial applications and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to deliver sophisticated technology projects on time and within scope.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with business partners to facilitate trade-off discussions and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- 6+ years of proven business or systems analysis experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management domains from a business and/or technology perspective.
- Hands-on experience with Calypso Configuration & CATT tool.
- Strong ability to define requirements and support financial applications, with experience leading projects.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Postman, Excel, SQL, and Microservices-based applications is preferred.
