Because of the need for consistent, in‑person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full‑time on site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Position is second shift on a 4/10 schedule (Monday‑Thursday).

- Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non‑repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Prepare the surfaces of parts, assemblies, and finished products by cleaning, stripping, abrading, sanding, masking, and stenciling.
- Select and mix finishing materials.
- Assist mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro‑mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies, and components.
- Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
- Assist with analyzing data and recommending modifications to components or test procedures to meet desired specifications.
- Work from process sheets, diagrams, and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools and jigs.
- One‑year training and integration program to support your transition into a BAE Systems role and beyond.

- Must be able to obtain Secret clearance (U.S. Person Required).
- No current clearance required.
This position is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.
Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities- Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces or current drilling member of a Reserve/Guard component with a service‑connected injury.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year work experience.
- Must be able to lift 20‑30 lbs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience following processes and written instructions.
- Must be able to obtain SAP/SAR clearance.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Soldering experience.
- Overseas operational deployment experience.
- Specialized or professional development schools.
Full‑time salary range: $46,680 - $74,687.
LocationMerrimack, New Hampshire.
