The American Red Cross, through its network of volunteers, donors and partners, supports communities in times of need and works to ensure safe, lifesaving blood and blood products are available. This role involves supporting local blood drives as a Blood Donor Ambassador and delivering friendly, in-person service to donors.

• Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience.
• Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and encourage long-term commitment to regular donations.
• Assist donors with re-hydration after donation and monitor for post-donation reactions.
• Express gratitude and ensure each donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.

• Friendly personality with a willingness to volunteer in person.
• Passionate about the Red Cross mission.
• Basic computer skills.
• Respectful treatment of all donors and drive staff.
