Shifts: 11pm to 7am for 32 hrs. a week sharing in every other weekend and holiday rotation

- Accessing, collecting data, and evaluating the patient's physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
- Provides preventative and therapeutic treatment under medical direction.
- Creates a nursing plan of care with input from the patient, family, and provider to include measurable goals and behavioral objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Strong skills in symptom management.
- One year recent acute care experience.
- Experience managing oncology patients and those with co-morbidities.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Community Health/Education experience.
- Certification in hospice and palliative care a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with end‑of‑life care and hospice care is beneficial.
- EMR software proficiency. We use EPIC.
- Registered as an RN with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification.
- Satisfactory criminal record.
- Position requires sharing in every other weekend rotation and agency holidays.
