Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to support our home health team.
The candidate will cover Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexibility for scheduling.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of patients, typically 6 visits per day.
The patient population will include adults and geriatrics with varying diagnoses and acuity levels.
High volume care will involve skilled wound care, IV management, chronic disease management, and medication education.
Candidates should possess strong assessment skills and the ability to work independently.
We encourage applications from first-time travelers with relevant home care experience.
Occasional weekend work may be required based on patient needs.
Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to patient visits.
