The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This role builds customer connections, represents the brand, and contributes to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by placing customers at the center of decisions and delivering a consistent in-store experience.
- Build clientele and support alternative purchasing options and digital product discovery.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in training, and provide feedback to management.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store, lift or climb as needed, and operate a register.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
