Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Experience team.

This role involves hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Contribute to full-stack development within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• Work with databases including Mongo
  
  DB, Document
  
  DB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, and others.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implement CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
• Utilize containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Helm.
• Design and deploy applications following established architectural patterns.
• Contribute to open-source and inner-source repositories.
• Collaborate across teams to define, design, and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Use Dev Assist tools like Git Hub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to enhance development workflows.
• Stay engaged with the open-source community and current technology trends.

• Proven experience in full-stack development and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience with two or more databases:
  Mongo
  
  DB, Document
  
  DB, Neo4j, AWS RDS, etc.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and Dev Ops practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization.
• Experience with API design, deployment, and integration.
• Knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
