Full Stack Engineer - Back End

We are seeking a senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in building high-quality software applications.

This role focuses on developing integration solutions for Payroll Deductions/Elections Platform (PDP) and HR/Payroll areas.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners, architects, and tech leads to design, code, and unit-test new applications, ensuring alignment with product and architecture roadmaps.

• Develop and maintain industry-leading software engineering products and solutions.
• Drive complex technology solutions across multiple squads and initiatives to meet business goals.
• Ensure clarity in requirements, architecture, and design by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and expertise within and outside of squads to align work with established roadmaps and guardrails.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to modernization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming (Java required).
• Hands‑on experience implementing API‑based solutions using Java Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
• Experience with Oracle database development, including PL/SQL and ETL tools.
• Expertise in designing metadata‑driven end‑to‑end systems for configurable products.
• Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with WS product offerings and integration techniques across record keepers.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills in a matrix organization.
