FS Java, Angular, AWS

Kforce is hiring a software engineer with a 50/50 full-stack focus in Java, Angular, and AWS for our client in Merrimack, NH.

• Application build, deploy using Continuous Integration/Deployment tools – Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, etc.
• Coordinate multiple development work streams through integration, ensuring design is scalable, extensible, and aligned with Architecture Blueprints.
• Define, maintain, and support Java development environment and standard methodologies, such as Maven, Sonar, and other open‑source tools.
• Identify, isolate, resolve, and communicate problems within production and non‑production environments, and perform troubleshooting.
• Perform design, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing using open‑source frameworks.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Promote consumer adoption of new API products.
• Decommission legacy assets in line with enterprise goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 9+ years of full‑stack development experience (currently hands‑on) in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, .NET, .NET Core, and REST Web Services.
• 7+ years of database development experience (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Strong technical design and analysis skills.
• Experience delivering secure applications and working with SCA tools such as Mend or Veracode.
• Ability to learn new technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of API management software such as Apigee.
• Proficiency with IDEs – Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse – within UNIX and Windows environments.
• Ability to clearly articulate and present designs to all partners.
• Leadership: teammate, self‑starter, innovative, eager to learn every day;
  Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Understanding and hands‑on knowledge of Docker, cloud‑computing/cloud services platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure).

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
