ASRC Federal is seeking an ORION
Electrical Test Engineer in Kennedy Space Center, FL.
Specific
Job Duties:
- Develop procedures, test software scripts and other documentation needed to conduct subsystem and system level testing.
- Conduct a wide range of integration and test activities involving flight hardware and ground systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, program management, planning, quality, safety and CPEs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education and 2-4 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Required Skills:
- Experience with assembly, integration, and test of ground support equipment and/or flight hardware subsystems onto a Flight Spacecraft.
- Knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of spacecraft/aerospace test operations.
Desired
Skills:- Data Analysis skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex Avionics. Test software and script development experience.
- UNIX/LINUX Experience
- Experience with scripting languages (Shell/Bash, Python, Perl)
- Experience developing EGSE requirements and performing EGSE functional testing.
- Experience developing and executing procedures in Automation Framework.
- Experience with spacecraft commanding and telemetry monitoring software.
