Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

This role supports the development and operations of the New Glenn 9X4, launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to Earth's orbit and beyond. This role will act as the stage engineering lead for the next gen 9E reusable booster.

As an SRE, you will be the authority on all aspects of your system, including functional architecture, design, integration and test. You will work closely with the stage-level Chief Engineer, Subsystem Responsible engineers and engines Responsible engineers to integrate all their systems together. You will also be the prime point of contact and integration engineering focal for the engine to vehicle interface.

You will complete design trade assessments, support design reviews, advise on major decisions and changes across the vehicle and be responsible for the engine and fluids/mechanical interfaces that cross multiples modules or BUs.
