Director of Marketing

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join its team at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Merritt Island, Florida. This full-time, on-site leadership role will oversee brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategy and customer acquisition to drive visitor attendance and revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine strong B2C marketing expertise with a passion for creating engaging visitor experiences, positioning the attraction as both an immersive entertainment destination and a centre for space education.

• Work closely with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue growth, visitor attendance targets and long-term business objectives.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, media, partnerships, digital platforms, social media and content.
• Lead brand positioning strategies that showcase Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex as both an immersive entertainment destination and an educational attraction.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising and social media, to increase ticket sales, group bookings and repeat visitation.
• Direct content creation that inspires curiosity, strengthens emotional connections with audiences and builds long-term brand loyalty.
• Use analytics, performance metrics and return on investment measurements to evaluate and optimise marketing activities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional marketing team.
• Manage external agencies, marketing budgets, key performance indicators and executive reporting to achieve commercial objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive marketing leadership experience within attractions, hospitality, entertainment, tourism or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, public relations and event promotion.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve attendance targets through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams, campaigns and commercial priorities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

Salary: $104,100–$140,500 USD per year.

In addition to the base salary, Delaware North offers an annual performance bonus based on individual, company and location performance.
