Location: Merritt Island, Florida
Salary: Up to $40 per hour (depending on experience) plus shift differential

• Lead with Excellence:
  Work alongside the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to uphold high-quality care.
• Daily Oversight:
  Conduct rounds to ensure nursing protocols and standards are exceeded.
• Resident Care:
  Provide compassionate, person-centered care while addressing concerns efficiently.
• Compliance and Surveys:
  Participate in facility surveys, ensuring all standards are met.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Education and Training:
  Conduct in-service training to ensure staff remains informed on best practices and regulatory updates.
• Incident Reporting:
  Investigate and document any incidents, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Care Planning:
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review resident care plans.
• Emergency Response:
  Act promptly in emergency situations, providing direction and ensuring resident and staff safety.
• Quality Assurance:
  Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.

• Valid RN License in the state of Florida
• Nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
